2. Website purpose
The website provides information about Colligere AI Analytics, its products, capabilities, services, security approach and opportunities to contact us. Product descriptions, demonstrations and service information may evolve as our offerings develop.
3. Contact Us enquiries
When you submit the Contact Us form, you must provide accurate information and have authority to submit the information you provide. The form may collect your name, organisation, work email address, area of interest and enquiry message so that we can understand and respond to your request. Enquiries are received and stored by our own form service on Amazon Web Services in London, and a copy is emailed to our business inbox, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
Do not submit participant, patient, financial, credential, authentication or other sensitive personal data through the public Contact Us form unless we have specifically agreed an appropriate secure channel with you. Sending an enquiry does not create a customer, advisory, employment, partnership or other contractual relationship and does not guarantee that Colligere will accept or undertake any proposed work.
4. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful business, research, evaluation and informational purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate others, or use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
Colligere AI Analytics, Ploceus360™, their names, logos, designs, site content, software demonstrations and related materials are owned by or licensed to Colligere and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
6. Your submissions
You retain ownership of information, comments and suggestions you submit. You give Colligere permission to use the information in your enquiry to respond to you, evaluate the request, maintain related business correspondence and improve our products and services, subject to our Privacy Notice. Do not submit confidential information unless we have agreed appropriate protections with you.
7. Product previews and AI-assisted examples
Website demonstrations and examples are illustrative and may use simulated data. AI-assisted examples are not clinical, legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice and should not be relied on for decisions about individuals. Production workflows remain subject to authorised human review and approval.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colligere is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website or reliance on a product preview. Separate liability terms will apply to production, consulting or paid services under the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales. If you use the website as a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
12. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Notice explains how Colligere AI Analytics Limited handles personal data collected through this website and Contact Us form, including the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, lawful bases, retention, sharing, international transfers, security measures and your privacy rights.
