Cookie Notice

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About this notice

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) used on the public Colligere AI Analytics website, and the choices you have. It should be read with our Privacy Notice.

2. What this website stores

This website uses only strictly necessary storage. It does not set any cookies of its own. It keeps one item in your browser’s local storage:

  • Name: colligere-cookie-consent
Type: first-party browser local storage (this website only)
Purpose: remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask on every page
    Category: strictly necessary
Duration: 12 months, after which we ask again; you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data

Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), but we still tell you about it here.

3. What this website does not use

Apart from the optional page-view count described in section 4, we do not use analytics or audience measurement tools. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, social media pixels, tracking pixels or web beacons, device fingerprinting, or third-party embeds that set cookies. The website does not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party services.

When you send the Contact Us form, your browser sends your enquiry directly to Our own form service on Amazon Web Services in London, as described in the Privacy Notice. This does not place any cookies on your device.

The website links to other sites (for example LinkedIn, the Information Commission’s Office and Ploceus360). If you follow those links, the other site’s own cookie and privacy policies apply.

4. Optional page-view counting (“Analytics”)

If you switch on “Analytics” in the cookie settings (or choose “Accept all”), each time you open a page of this website your browser sends a short message to Our own page-counting service on Amazon Web Services in London. The message says only which page was viewed (for example “/about”). The service adds one to that page’s total for the day and keeps only the website, the page, the date and the total.

It does not set cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not record your IP address, browser details, the page you came from, anything you type into forms, or any identifier for you or your device. It therefore cannot count individual visitors or follow your browsing. Like any request, the message reaches AWS with your IP address and browser details, which AWS needs to deliver it and may use to protect its service. Daily totals are kept for 90 days. Pages opened in pop-ups, such as this notice, are not counted separately.

Counting is off unless you switch it on, and you can switch it off at any time in “Cookie settings”.

If we ever add other optional cookies or similar technologies, such as other analytics tools, we will update this notice, ask for your choice again, and keep them switched off unless you actively turn them on. The cookie settings group them as “Analytics” and “Marketing and advertising” so that you can make that choice in advance.

5. Your choices

  • Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to review or change your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
  • You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the website from working; you will simply be asked for your choice again.
  • We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends it, marketing and advertising technologies stay switched off.

6. Visitors in the United States

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing. To exercise your privacy rights, see Your Data Rights.

7. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the technologies used on the website change. Where a change affects your choices, we will ask you again.
