Your Data Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive certain data in a portable format, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If your request relates to information collected through the Colligere website, Contact Us form or direct business communications, you may submit it below. If your request relates to participant, research, programme or operational data managed by an organisation using a Colligere product or service, please contact that organisation first because it will normally be the data controller.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will only ask for information reasonably necessary for verification.
Response timing
We will normally respond within one month of receiving your request. If a request is complex, or you make several requests, we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why within the first month. If we need more information to identify you or to understand your request, the time limit starts once we receive it. We will tell you if a lawful exception applies.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have used your personal data, choose “Make a data protection complaint” above or email privacy@colligereai.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay, keep you informed of progress and tell you the outcome.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commission’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
